What catering services does Mithila Events and Catering Service provide in Noida?
We provide complete wedding and event catering across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad — multi-cuisine menus, live food counters, buffet and plated service, and trained serving staff. We also handle decoration and ceremony arrangements, so a single team manages food and decor for your event.
Do you provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian wedding catering?
Yes. We prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian wedding menus, and on request we keep the preparation and serving counters for veg and non-veg completely separate.
Which cuisines are available in your wedding menu?
North Indian, Mughlai, Punjabi, Chinese, South Indian and Continental, along with chaat and Indian street-food counters, tandoor and a full dessert section. Traditional Bihari and Maithil dishes can also be added to the menu.
Do you serve pure vegetarian, satvik or Jain food?
Yes. Pure vegetarian, satvik and Jain (no onion, no garlic) menus can be arranged. Please tell us at the time of booking so the kitchen plans and cooks separately.
Can we customise the menu for our wedding?
Every menu we serve is customised. Share your guest count, budget range and the dishes your family wants, and we will build the menu around them instead of fixing you into a standard package.
Do you set up live food counters?
Yes. Live chaat, tandoor, dosa, pasta, momo, tikka, paan and dessert counters are available with dedicated chefs at each counter.
Is a menu tasting possible before booking?
Yes. We arrange a menu tasting so you can try the dishes before finalising the menu. Ask for it when you enquire and we will schedule it around your date.
Do you cater for all wedding functions — haldi, mehendi, sangeet and reception?
Yes, we handle the full wedding week: haldi lunch, mehendi and sangeet dinner, baraat snacks, the wedding dinner itself and next-morning breakfast, each with its own menu.
Do you take small house parties and gatherings?
Yes. We cater intimate gatherings of around 50 guests at home or in society clubhouses, as well as large farmhouse weddings.
How many guests can you cater for?
From small family functions to large farmhouse weddings of up to 2,000 guests. Share your expected guest count with the date and we will confirm the team and counters required.

What is the per plate cost for wedding catering in Noida?
Per plate cost depends on the menu (vegetarian or non-vegetarian), the number of dishes and live counters, the guest count and the venue. Send us your date, guest count and menu type on WhatsApp and you will get an exact per-plate quote.
How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp +91 84487 73394 with your event date, venue, approximate guest count and veg or non-veg preference. We usually share a detailed menu and quote the same day.
How early should I book my wedding caterer?
About a week’s notice is ideal, and peak wedding season dates in Noida and Greater Noida go quickly, so earlier is always safer. That said, we have delivered full events on less than 24 hours’ notice — so call us even if your date is tomorrow.
Do you take last-minute or short-notice bookings?
Yes, subject to availability. We are open 24 hours, so call us even for an urgent requirement and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.
Is an advance payment needed to confirm the date?
Yes. We take a 20% advance at the time of booking to block your date, and the balance is paid on the event day once the setup is ready.
What are your working hours?
We are open 24 hours, every day of the week including Sundays and holidays. You can call or WhatsApp us at any hour.
Can you handle more than one event on the same day?
Yes, we run separate teams for separate events. On peak wedding dates it helps to confirm early so the right team and equipment are reserved for you.

Do you provide decoration along with catering?
Yes. Stage and mandap decor, floral arrangements, drapes, entrance and photo-booth setups, seating and lighting are all done in-house alongside the catering, so you deal with one team instead of several vendors.
Do you handle farmhouse weddings near Sector 135 and Sector 150?
Yes — farmhouse weddings along the Noida Expressway, Sector 135 and Sector 150 are one of our main service areas, and we are familiar with the setups and kitchen arrangements these venues allow.
Do you do pre-wedding functions like roka, engagement and sangeet?
Yes. Roka, engagement, haldi, mehendi and sangeet setups are arranged with matching decor themes and menus suited to the time of day.
Do you arrange tent, furniture and lighting?
Yes, tent and shamiana, furniture, buffet counters, crockery, lighting and other event equipment can all be arranged as part of your package.
Do you cater corporate events and office parties?
Yes. We handle corporate lunches, annual days, conferences, product launches and office celebrations across Noida and Greater Noida, including early-morning and late-night timings.

Yes, this is our home ground. We regularly cater weddings and society functions in Gaur City, Gaur City 2, Noida Extension, Bisrakh and the surrounding townships.
Do you cater in Ghaziabad?
Yes — Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Crossings Republik, Raj Nagar Extension and other Ghaziabad localities are all within our service area.
Do you serve banquet halls and farmhouses on the Noida and Yamuna Expressway?
Yes. We serve banquets, resorts and farmhouses along the Noida Expressway (Sectors 135, 150 and 168) and the Yamuna Expressway belt.
Do you provide serving staff and waiters?
Yes. Chefs, captains, waiters and helpers come with the booking, in uniform, and the team size is scaled to your guest count so service stays quick at the counters.
Do you bring your own crockery and kitchen equipment?
Yes — crockery, cutlery, chafing dishes, buffet counters and cooking equipment are brought to the venue and set up by our team before guests arrive.
Is the food cooked at the venue or brought ready?
Most dishes are cooked fresh on site by our chefs, with preparation work done in advance at our unit. Live counters are always cooked and served in front of your guests.
How do you decide the quantity of food?
Quantities are planned on the confirmed guest count and the type of function, with a buffer so food does not run short at the counters late in the evening.

How much does a mandap cost?
Mandap and stage decoration starts from ₹9,999 and goes up to ₹49,999, depending on the size, the flowers used and the design. Send us your venue and a reference photo and we will quote the exact setup.
How much does a birthday balloon decoration setup cost?
Balloon decoration for a home or hall setup starts from ₹5,999. The final price depends on the theme, the size of the space and how much backdrop and table styling you want.
How much does a DJ cost?
DJ and sound service starts from ₹4,999. The final price depends on the hours, the sound and lighting setup and the venue.
Which payment modes do you accept?
We accept all payment modes, including cash, UPI and bank transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel up to 15 days before the event, you get a full refund.
Do you charge extra for a distant venue?
It is decided case by case, depending on the distance and the equipment and team that have to travel. Share your venue with the date and guest count and the quote will tell you clearly.
Can you recreate a Pinterest or photo reference we send?
Yes, we can match most references. Send the Pinterest link or photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly if any element is not practical for your venue or budget.

Do you give a GST invoice for family functions?
Yes. We give a proper GST invoice for family functions as well as corporate events. GST of 5% applies across our catering and décor services.
Are your staff background checked?
Yes, our serving and event staff are background checked.
Do you take bookings in Delhi and Gurugram?
Yes. Along with Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, we also take bookings in Delhi and Gurugram. Share your venue, date and guest count and we will confirm.
Should we use the banquet’s in-house catering or an outside caterer?
That is an individual choice and depends on your venue, budget and menu. If you are weighing the two, send us your guest count and the banquet’s catering rate and we will give you a quote you can compare side by side.
Is a winter or summer wedding better in NCR?
We recommend winter. It is also the busiest wedding season, so book your date and your caterer early.
Can we visit your office before booking?
