Gate Styles We Build
- Fresh flower gate — marigold, rose and foliage, the classic for weddings, griha pravesh and puja functions
- Draped passage — a covered walkway in your theme colours, lit along its length, so guests arrive through something rather than at something
- Balloon arch for birthdays and baby showers, in theme colours with cutouts and standees
- Chandelier and drape gate for evening weddings, where the overhead piece does the work
- Traditional torans, bandhanwar and rangoli at the doorway for home functions
What Goes With the Gate
- Welcome board or name board — the couple’s names, “Aarav turns 1”, or a company logo for corporate events
- A photo corner just inside, so the queue at the gate does not become the photo queue
- Welcome drink counter at the entrance, so nobody stands empty-handed while the family greets them
- Welcome girls, aarti thali and flower shower, and dhol at the gate for a baraat
- Carpet, pathway lighting and pedestal flowers down the walkway
Getting It Right
Two mistakes are common. The first is building a beautiful gate in an unlit spot, so it looks wonderful at 5pm and disappears by 7. The second is placing the welcome setup so close to the gate that arriving guests, the photographer and the welcome drinks all collide in the same two metres.
We plan the entrance as a sequence: gate, a few steps of lit walkway, welcome drinks to one side, photo corner beyond that. Guests keep moving, the family gets to greet people properly, and every photograph has something behind it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we book only the entrance décor?
Yes. A flower gate for a griha pravesh or a balloon arch for a birthday is a common standalone booking.
Will the society or banquet allow it?
Usually yes, and we use free-standing frames where nothing can be fixed to walls or gates. Check your clubhouse rules first for timing.
Fresh flowers or artificial?

How early is it set up?
Structure and drapes go up first, with fresh flowers added a few hours before guests arrive so nothing wilts.
