Most catering complaints come from things nobody asked about before booking. Here are the ten questions worth asking any caterer in Noida, including us. Our own answers are below each one, so you can compare like for like.

1. What exactly is in the per-plate price?
Ask whether staff, crockery, counters and cleanup are included, or billed separately, and whether GST is extra. A low plate rate with everything extra ends up costing more. Ours includes chefs, uniformed staff, crockery, counters and cleanup. Party catering starts at ₹549 veg and ₹659 non-veg; wedding catering at ₹899 veg and ₹1,399 non-veg, plus 5% GST.
2. How many staff will actually come?
Get a number, not a promise. Too few waiters is the most common reason guests complain about a queue. We plan roughly one waiter for every 20–25 guests at a buffet, more for table service.
3. Is the food cooked at the venue or delivered?
Food that travels an hour in a van is not the same food. We cook fresh on site for most functions, and finish live at the counters.
4. How do you plan quantities?
Ask what happens if 30 extra guests arrive, because they will. We plan with a margin above the confirmed count.
5. Can we taste the menu first?
For a large function, a tasting is reasonable to expect. We arrange one for bigger bookings so the family can fix dishes and spice levels.
6. Who is my single point of contact on the day?
On event day you should be briefing one person, not chasing ten. Larger bookings get a supervisor on site.
7. What time do you set up, and when do you clear?
This decides whether you breach your society or banquet slot. We plan setup and clearing around your venue’s booking window, and we clear the site afterwards.
8. Can you cook satvik, Jain or separate veg and non-veg?
Ask about separate utensils and a separate cooking area, not just a separate table. We cook no onion, no garlic satvik menus with separate utensils, and keep veg and non-veg fully apart when a family asks.
9. What are the advance and cancellation terms?
Get the advance percentage and the date-change policy in writing before you pay. We take 20% to confirm a date, with terms stated on the quote.
10. Can I see reviews and recent event photos?
Stock pictures prove nothing. Ask for photos of real events, ideally in your own area. See our gallery, our Google reviews and the event stories on our blog.
Two Red Flags
A quote with no itemisation. If nobody will write down what is included, the gaps appear on event day.
A price far below everyone else. It is usually made up somewhere: thinner quantities, fewer staff, cheaper oil, or extras billed later.
