The Pre-Wedding Night, Done Properly
A cocktail or bachelor party is the most relaxed function of the wedding. There is no puja, no fixed seating and no schedule to follow, which is exactly why it needs planning. Guests arrive in batches, stand and move around all evening, and eat continuously rather than at one dinner call. Our team is trained for that: starters keep circulating, the bar keeps moving, counters stay clean, and the music builds through the night.
1. Bar and Mocktail Counters
A full bar counter setup with glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, soft drinks and trained bartenders, plus a live mocktail counter with fresh juices, mint and lime drinks, iced tea and welcome drinks for guests who are not drinking. The alcohol itself is arranged by the host as per licence rules; everything around it is ours.
2. Food: Live Starters, Barbecue and Dinner
- Live barbecue and tandoor: paneer tikka, malai chaap, chicken malai tikka, seekh kebabs, tandoori starters
- Passed starters: waiters circulating with trays so nobody has to queue
- Live counters: chaat, golgappe, tawa, Indo-Chinese, pasta and more
- Dinner buffet, veg and non-veg, including biryani, mutton and north Indian mains
- Late-night snacks and desserts: jalebi rabri, kulfi, paratha and midnight comfort food for the crowd that stays on
3. DJ, Lighting and Dance Floor
A DJ who can read the room, a sound system sized to your venue, par and LED lighting, an LED dance floor where the venue allows, and cordless mics for speeches and roasts. For a change of pace, add a Sufi singer, live band or dhol for part of the night.
4. Décor and Setup
Lounge-style seating and high tables, balloon or floral accents in the couple’s colours, fairy-light canopies, a photo booth with props and hashtag boards, name letters, and a decorated bar counter. For bachelorette evenings we do softer pastel and neon-light setups; for bachelor nights, darker lounge tones with strong lighting.
5. Games, Anchor and Photography
An anchor or games coordinator can run couple games, roasts, quizzes about the bride and groom and group activities, which is what turns a standing party into an evening people remember. Add photography and videography so the candid moments of the night are not left to phone cameras.
Venues That Work Best
Farmhouses off the Noida Expressway and Sector 150 are ideal for late nights, since music can run longer and there is space for barbecue and lounge seating. Society clubhouses and terraces in Gaur City and Noida Extension, banquet halls in Greater Noida and homes in Indirapuram and Ghaziabad all work too, with the timeline planned around their sound rules.
One of our house party customers had barbecue and live stalls for 40–50 guests, and the evening carried on till 2 am with our team serving till the end.

Yes. Many customers book us only for the cocktail or bachelor night, whether or not we are handling the rest of the wedding.
How many guests do you cater for?
From house parties of 30–50 guests to banquet evenings of 300-plus. Counters, bar staff and waiters are planned around your guest count.
Can the cocktail night be combined with the sangeet?

How late can the party run?
We are open 24×7 and have served parties that ran till around 2 am. Late-night service is planned in advance so staffing, food quantities and the venue’s sound rules are all accounted for.
