1. Mehendi Artists
We arrange mehendi artists for the bride and for the guests, so nobody sits waiting in a queue all evening. Bridal mehendi with detailed hands and feet work, quick guest designs for family and friends, Arabic, Rajasthani and minimal styles, and extra artists when the guest count is large. Tell us the number of guests and we will put the right number of artists on the job.
We can also add a glitter tattoo or nail art counter for children and younger guests while the mehendi is on.
2. Mehendi Decoration
- Colourful backdrops in pink, green, orange and mustard with drapes, mirrors, phoolon ki chaadar and fairy lights
- Bridal seating: a decorated chair, jhoola (swing) or cushioned floor seating for the bride and her artist
- Rajasthani-style props: hanging umbrellas, pom-poms, wooden carts, urlis, diyas and dhol props
- Guest floor seating with mattresses, low tables and cushions, plus regular seating for elders
- Photo booth, name boards and hashtag props for the couple’s pictures
- Entrance gate décor and lighting for evening functions
3. Catering and Live Counters
Mehendi is a long function, so the food has to keep flowing rather than arrive in one go. We set up live counters that guests can keep returning to while the mehendi is being applied, and serve food to the bride and the ladies getting their hands done, since they cannot hold a plate.

- Live tawa and tandoor counters: paneer tikka, malai chaap, kebabs and parathas
- Indo-Chinese stalls: chowmein, manchurian and spring rolls
- Mocktail and beverage counter, tea and coffee for elders
- Full veg or non-veg dinner buffet with a dessert counter: rasmalai, jalebi rabri, kulfi
4. DJ, Dhol and Live Music
Mehendi evenings have their own rhythm: light music while the henna is being applied, a dhol entry to lift the mood, and a DJ once the dancing starts. We provide the sound system, cordless mics, party lighting and an operator who stays through the function.

5. Mehendi and Sangeet on the Same Night
Many families now combine the two: mehendi in the afternoon and evening, sangeet performances later the same night. We plan one décor scheme that works for both, keep the stage and dance floor ready, and time the food so starters run through the mehendi and dinner opens after the performances.

Usually yes, with a lighting change and a few prop swaps. Tell us early if both functions are on the same day and we will design one setup that serves both, which costs less than two.
