Food That Suits the Occasion
Roka is usually a daytime function, so we keep it light and continuous: welcome drinks, a chaat or tikki counter, paneer and veg starters, a compact main course with two or three mains, and a dessert counter with rasmalai and jalebi. Non-veg, if the family wants it, is arranged separately.
Uniformed staff serve at the table for elders instead of making everyone queue, which matters a great deal in a home setting. Crockery, counters and cleanup are included, so the house is left as it was found.

Can you cook inside our flat?
For smaller functions we usually prepare in our kitchen and finish live at your counters, which keeps your kitchen free and the flat smoke-free.
Can the same décor carry into the engagement in the evening?
Yes. If both functions are on the same day we design one setup with a lighting and prop change in between, which costs less than two separate setups.
