How décor pricing works
Catering is priced per plate, but décor is priced by the setup. A 20-foot stage with fresh flowers costs more than a 12-foot backdrop with artificial florals, whatever the guest count. These four things decide your quote:
- Size of the setup: stage width, number of backdrops, entrance and walkway
- Fresh or artificial flowers: fresh flowers look and smell better but cost more, especially in wedding season and around festivals
- Venue: a banquet with ready power and access is quicker than an open lawn that needs a tent and lighting
- Date: peak wedding dates and Diwali week book up first and flower rates rise
On a budget? Our décor under ₹10,000 options include single-backdrop haldi, mehendi and sangeet setups at home from ₹6,999, GST included, till 30 December 2026.
From reference photo to setup
- Share a reference: a Pinterest or Instagram photo, or just your colours and theme
- Get a design and quote: we suggest what fits your venue and budget, usually the same day
- Confirm with 20% advance, and we block the date and materials
- Setup and takedown: done before your guests arrive and cleared after the function

Can you copy a design from Pinterest?
In most cases, yes. We match reference photos closely and tell you upfront if anything needs a tweak for your venue or budget.
Do you do décor without catering?
Yes. Décor can be booked on its own, though most families combine it with catering for one team and one plan.
How early should we book décor?
Two to four weeks for most functions; earlier for peak wedding dates and Diwali week.
Do you set up at home and in societies?
Yes, in flats, terraces, society clubhouses, banquets and farmhouses, within the society’s timing rules.
