Entry Ideas We Set Up
- Phoolon ki chaadar carried by the brothers — still the most photographed entry of all
- Palki or doli for a traditional entry, arranged on request
- Flower shower over the walkway, with petals in your colours
- Cold pyro and sparkle fountains where the venue permits — bright, indoor-safe effects
- Dry ice or low fog for a cloud effect along the aisle
- Follow spotlights and aisle lighting, so the bride is lit and not lost in a dark hall

The Timing Is the Real Job
Most bridal entries go wrong for boring reasons: the music starts late, the guests are still at the buffet, the chaadar holders are missing, or the photographer is at the wrong end of the aisle. Our coordinator runs a quick walkthrough beforehand, briefs the family members carrying the chaadar, cues the DJ and the lighting operator together, and makes sure the photographer is standing where the shot is.
The groom’s side gets the same treatment: see dhol, band and baraat services, and pagdi tying and welcome girls at the gate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is cold pyro allowed indoors?
Usually yes, since it is a low-temperature effect, but every banquet has its own rule. We check with the venue before confirming it, and never set anything up without their written go-ahead.
Can we do a simple entry without effects?
Yes, and often it looks better. A lit aisle, a flower shower and the right song can be enough.
Do you arrange the palki and the people to carry it?
Yes, on request and subject to availability for your date. Tell us early, as these are booked out in season.
