Five Things That Decide a Farmhouse Wedding
Power
Most farmhouse supply cannot carry a kitchen, a sound system and full lighting at once. A generator is not an upsell here, it is the difference between a wedding and a blackout at 9pm. We size it with a margin and keep a technician on site.
Light beyond the tent line
Guests walk from the parking to the gate to the lawn, and that whole path has to be lit or the venue feels unfinished. Fairy lights through the trees and pathway poles do more for the photographs than another counter would.
Weather
Every outdoor plan gets a covered alternative worked out before the day: side walls for wind and dust, a covered dining area, heaters for winter functions and fans or coolers for summer ones.
Distance
There is no running back for a forgotten item. Quantities, spare equipment and staff numbers are planned on the assumption that whatever leaves our storage unit is all we will have.
Queue layout
Open ground tempts people to spread counters too far apart, or bunch them at one end. We split the counters along the lawn so 300 guests arriving together after the baraat do not form one line.

Wedding catering starts at ₹899 per plate veg and ₹1,399 non-veg, plus 5% GST. Tent, lighting, generator and décor are quoted separately because they depend on the ground, not the guest count. See the cost guide.
When do you set up?
Usually the day before, since tent, lighting and mandap work takes hours. We confirm access time with the farmhouse owner in advance.
Can you cater for 1,000 guests at a farmhouse?
Yes. Large open venues suit big numbers, with multiple kitchens, counter clusters and staffing planned to the count.
Do you clear the site afterwards?
Yes. Waste, equipment and décor material all go back with us, which matters when the owner is holding a security deposit.
