Some bookings feel less like a job and more like being invited back into a family. On 24 February 2026, we catered and decorated a second birthday party at a farmhouse in Noida Sector 150 for Mr and Mrs Shekhar. It was their daughter’s second birthday, and our fourth event with the family. We had also handled her first birthday the year before.

The Brief
More than 150 guests. A farmhouse lawn in Sector 150. A two-year-old at the centre of it, which meant the decor had to delight small children without feeling juvenile to the adults who would be there until well past midnight. The family wanted a jungle theme, a full vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread, and music that would keep the party going.
Returning clients raise the bar rather than lower it. The Shekhars already knew what our food tasted like, so the only way to make the fourth event memorable was to be better than the third.
Jungle Theme Balloon Decoration

The jungle theme ran through the balloon work in greens and warm earth tones, built around a central backdrop where the family could cut the cake and take photographs. A farmhouse lawn is a generous canvas, but it is also open on all sides, so decoration has to hold its shape from every angle rather than looking good only head-on.

Seating for 150 Guests

We laid out round tables so that families could sit together and children could move freely between them. With a crowd this size at a farmhouse, the flow between seating, the buffet and the decor backdrop matters as much as the individual elements. Nobody should have to queue across the lawn for a plate.
The Menu

We served an extensive vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet. The dishes guests came back to compliment us on were:
- Mutton Rogan Josh
- Chicken Malai Tikka
- Chicken Seekh Kebab
- Chilli Paneer
- Pav Bhaji
- Rasgulla
- Gajar ka Halwa
The pav bhaji is worth a mention. At a party with this many children, one familiar, uncomplicated dish does more work than three elaborate ones, and it gives parents something their toddlers will actually eat.
The Party That Did Not End
Between the decor and the music, the evening kept going. And going. Guests stayed through the night, and the party ran until daybreak.
At around fifty guests still on the lawn as the sun came up, we did the only sensible thing: we made breakfast. Chhole bhature, hot chai and jalebi, served fresh to everyone who had stayed. It was not in the original plan. It turned out to be the part of the night people talked about most.
This is the advantage of being a team that operates 24 hours. A morning breakfast service is not an emergency for us, it is a phone call to the kitchen.
Planning a Farmhouse Birthday Party in Noida?
Sector 150 and Sector 135 have become the go-to farmhouse belt for birthdays and private parties in Noida, and we cater across both, along with Greater Noida West, Sector 137, Sector 78 and Sector 74. We handle catering, themed balloon decoration, seating and music as one package, so you are not coordinating four vendors on the day.
If you are planning a birthday, tell us the date, the venue and the guest count, and we will build a menu around it.
